Waverly Place is located in the heart of Greenwich Village NYC. An existing traditional townhouse of 11,000 sq. ft it was completely renovated into a state of the art single family home residence. Nancy was called upon by the developer to expedite construction. Her daily on site work with subcontractors gave the project a push that allowed the project to complete on schedule.

511 Ninth Avenue is a mixed use project that required specific New York experience for the initial planning and build out. Nancy’s efforts contributed to the permitting, bidding, and management of this project.

880 Fifth is a white glove triple mint building in New York City. Weinman Architectural Services helped to combine two smaller apartments into a spacious new apartment. Utilizing her Design and Construction Management skills, the apartment was completed on time and on budget.

Macy’s store expansion was an aggressive program in the state of California in the years 1998 - 2004 and required a design and construction effort that was fast and furious. Nancy Weinman, the only female Project Manager on the Macy’s staff at the time, was instrumental in building out Macy’s stores around the Bay Area and Los Angeles area, constantly finding solutions for difficult build outs.

Commercial projects by Weinman Architectural Services include banks, schools, offices, tenant fit outs. She is certified as GSA (General Service Administration) contractor and Women-owned Business to bid on and to participate in work issued by the Federal government.
